We started with a discovery session focused entirely on the buyer journey — specifically, what a serious buyer or seller needed to feel confident enough to reach out. The answer was trust, speed, and a clear call to action above the fold. We audited the existing site's analytics and found that 74% of sessions lasted under 20 seconds. The existing homepage was doing nothing to earn that time.

The Solution

I designed a conversion-first homepage with property highlights, a credibility section, and a prominent 'Schedule a viewing' CTA. Built in Next.js with static generation for listings. The mobile experience was redesigned from scratch — optimized for one-thumb navigation. Contact forms were simplified to three fields and placed on every page. We integrated directly with HubSpot so every lead hit Marcus's CRM immediately.

The Outcome

Three weeks from brief to launch. Within 60 days, the site had generated 340% more inbound inquiries than the previous 60-day period. Cost per lead from paid ads dropped 40% because the conversion rate improved — same budget, far more results. Marcus now attributes 2–3 listings per quarter directly to the website.
